CrossFit Classes

We currently follow the NCFIT programming. Our classes are led by one of our experienced coaches who provides each member with appropriate progressions to keep them safe and help them reach their goals. This program will help you increase your strength and conditioning while also helping you to improve your gymnastics and Olympic lifting technique.

HIIT Classes

 Summit South’s HIIT program utilizes various work to rest intervals in order to allow you to keep your intensity high and challenge your body in multiple ways. In addition to strength and conditioning training, a few points of emphasis in our program are speed, agility (quick change of direction and lateral movements), balance, and core exercises (in all planes of motion). These points of emphasis cover components not commonly found in CrossFit programming yet are vital to athletic performance and overall health.

*This program does not utilize barbells or complex gymnastics movements.

 Open Gym

 Open Gym Details

Utilize any available space and equipment to complete the workout of your preference. Be sure to check with the coach on duty to make sure you are not interfering with the class needs. Open Gym is available to active members with unlimited memberships from 5am to 9pm (speak to staff for details). Drop-ins and Free Trials may ONLY utilize Open Gym during any of our listed class times while a coach is present.
